More than 270 hydrogen projects face peer review; choices decide funding

More than 270 hydrogen research projects funded through Energy Department grants came under merit review and peer evaluation at a meeting in Arlington, Virginia, last week. The review - the third of its kind by DOE - will enable the department to decide whether to continue to fund the undertakings. The four-day event included first-time reviews of 25 of 70 basic energy science projects that received more than $64 million from DOE last year.
