KRG on track for fifth export cargo from Ceyhan

The war of words between the Iraqi government in Baghdad and the Kurdistan Regional Government over the legality of exports of Kurdish crude to the international market has continued to escalate. As a fourth cargo of Kurdish crude completed loading at the Turkish port of Ceyhan -- with a fifth planned -- the identity of the buyers has again come to the fore.
