Doubts over ambitious new Chinese CBM target

China’s National Energy Administration has released arncircular which sets a new target for coalbed methanernproduction of 40 Bcm a year by the end of therncountry's next Five Year Plan period in 2020. This is 10rnBcm/yr higher than the target outlined late last year inrna broad energy plan for 2014-2020 released by thernState Council.
