Gc rules open to comments

Under the so-called "hearings" procedure, Norway's petroleum and energy ministry has invited interested parties to comment on the draft regulations it has prepared concerning the planned joint Norwegian-Swedish electricity certificate market (PIE 605/16). Announcing this on September 14, the ministry said the regulations cover approval of production units under the system, measurement and reporting, the certificate register and information to end users. It noted that many of the management tasks involved would be handled by regulator NVE (Norwegian Watercourse and Energy Directorate). Deadline for comments is October 28.
