New Jersey sues Reliant on coal plant in Pennsylvania, after challenging EPA

New Jersey stepped up its campaign against a Reliant Energy coal plant in Pennsylvania, filing suit in federal court last week. It is already challenging an Environmental Protection Agency ruling on the plant in a federal appeals court.
