PSEG, ACE praise New Jersey draft energy plan's call for more efficiency, conservation

Comments were due Friday on New Jersey's proposed Energy Master Plan meant to promote reasonably priced energy while protecting the environment. Two large utilities had already weighed in before the deadline on their views of the plan. Public Service Enterprise Group and Atlantic City Electric both support the draft plan, which was released by Governor Jon Corzine in April. The comments will be used to complete a final plan expected to be released in September.
