摘要

Internal impedance of a piezoelectric generator (PEG) was analyzed using the RLC circuit model. The impulse waveform generated by the PEG was divided into three-time intervals for the analysis. To find internal impedance of the first- and second-time intervals, the PEG with an LC load was modeled as an RLC circuit, and the internal impedance was the resistance of 3.3 k Omega without inductance and capacitance. For the third-time interval, the resonance frequency and attenuation factor were calculated and compared to the experimental data; the internal impedance was below 50 Omega and was below 0.005 % of the initial internal resistance. It turns out that internal impedance in the third-time interval is only resistance, it dramatically decreased compared to before, and it acts as a very low impedance circuit that produces high current to load.
