Peace Bridge Over the Foyle Officially Opened

Contractors Graham were responsible for coming up with the design concept and obtaining planning permissions for the bridge, which included submission of an Environmental Statement. All of this was achieved on programme, allowing detailed design and construction to commence as intended. As part of their commitment to provide sustainable communities, Graham employed a number of local jobless people to work on the project, including a Community Liaison Officer.
