The following is an interview conducted with Col. Edward Badolato (USMC-Ret), Executive Vice President, Homeland Security, The Shaw Group and Energy Advisor to the President's Commission on Critical Infrastructure Protection. He will chair a session at the Pipeline Safety and Security Conference scheduled for May 22-23 at the Gateway Marriott in Arlington, VA that will address pipeline security training and will include a simulated terrorist attack, presented by the U.S. Naval War College.
