It used to be that whenever school building was mentioned, what came to mind was a monotonous structure devoid of any frills, Spartan in appointments, uninspiring and without a soul. In other word, depressing. And this was taking its toll on the quality of education because going to school was oftentimes a drag and not a very pleasant experience.
