This special issue of PER contains the proceedings of NetEcon 2016: The 11th Workshop on the Economics of Networks, Systems and Computation. The aim of NetEcon over the years has been to foster discussions on the application of economic and game-theoretic models and principles to address challenges in the development of networks and network-based applications and services.
