Greenlease opposes discovery in RCRA claim after 3rd Cir. allows Trinity to bring CERCLA claim in companion case

Defendants Greenlease Holding Co. and Ampco-Pittsburgh Corp. contended on Sept. 20 that the decision of the Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals in a companion case, Trinity Industries Inc. v. Chicago Bridge & Iron Co., does not warrant new discovery. The case is in federal court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. (See issue of July 15,2012 P. 11.)
