Judge affirms standing of four citizen group members who were recruited for lawsuit over coal refuse site

U.S. Chief Magistrate Judge Lisa Pupo Lenihan of the Western District of Pennsylvania held on Aug. 22 that Citizens Coal Council has assodational standing to bring a lawsuit on behalf of 26 individual members alleging contamination of four streams from LaBelle coal refuse site owned by Matt Canestrale Contracting Inc. in Luzerne Township.
