PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a usual business method for usual housing can not cope with business on facilities for senior citizens since the business on facilities for senior citizens provides not only living facilities, as in the sales of condominiums and ready-built housings, but also health care, nursing service and so on simultaneously. ;SOLUTION: After completing a series of steps S1 to S10 where the needs and conditions of customers are confirmed with a check list, a customer's regular movement in the facilities becomes possible.
