To turn this vision into reality, companies may need to rethink their PCI Certification status.rnTo ensure that Certified Plant status extends to new product lines, some steps must be taken. PCI does not designate certification groups and categories. Rather, the auditing agency determines the applicability of product lines to PCI Certification groups or categories based on observations made during an audit and the market served (for example, commercial or bridge).
