Wipro approached this project internally - called Flexdelivery - with the aim of overcoming dependency of dedicated support analyst for every skill/track, since in the traditional model, typical managed service engagements are known to be 10% idle.rnThe Flexdelivery model was formulated to virtualize service delivery in complete sense. Virtualization of services includes options of remote working, promoting working from home concept thereby making variable employment a possibility. The concept of Flexdelivery goes a step further and claims to be scalable for equally efficient performance in the Tier two cities.
