Training Calendar Management

摘要

Every year the In-stitute of Management in Government conducts about 1200 training programmes in various categories for the State, Central and Quasi Government Employees. There is a problem in managing the huge number of courses which are simultaneously run in various centers and districts through out the state, also tracking and monitoring the progress in conduct of scheduled programs is difficult. IMG had to do the management of the scheduled training calendar, modules, resources, course materials and participants for such a great no. of training programmes every year.
