Without thatnanalytic capacity it will be impossiblento come up with the right answers. Wenhave arrived at times like this beforenin our history and they typically led toncollapses of civilisations and the arrivalnof serious declines in living standards.nIf we are to avoid similar calamities, wenneed to break through that ceiling andnfind new tools to help us to create ansmarter society.
