Report from International Pulp Week (IPW) Chicago, Illinois (USA) from May 9-12,2010

Pulp producers (mostly from North/South America) along with customers from all over the world gathered for three days last May in Chicago, Illinois to hear some outstanding presenters offer an overview of the Market Pulp industry and their projections for the next few years. In addition, there were in-depth presentations by the newly combined Brazilian eucalyptus producer, Fibria (formerly Ara Cruz and VCP) as well as representatives from China. The next International Pulp Week (i.e. Market Pulp conference) will be held in Vancouver, BC on May 8-11.
