Italian GapCon Tissue Joins PAPCEL Group of Companies

At the end of 2016, the Czech supplier of technology for the papermaking industry carried out an acquisition of another competitor from Western Europe with the aim to strengthen position in the market for production of not only tissue paper. Towards the end of 2016, the Italian company GapCon tissue S.r.l. joined the PAPCEL Group of companies (PAPCEL CzechRepublic). The Italian GapCon tissue is an established manufacturer of paper technology with a strong customer base in Europe, Asia and Latin America. Owing to the acquisition of GapCon, the Czech company PAPCEL has expanded the team of experts, strengthening the engineering and manufacturing capacities.
