NIOSH launches mobile app for chemical hazard guide

For more than 40 years, safely and health professionals and others have relied on the NIOSH Pocket Guide to Chemical Hazards. Now a mobile app for the guide offers quick access to information on more than 600 chemicals. The pocket guide, created by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH). informs workers, employers, and environment, health, and safety (EHS) professionals about workplace chemicals and their hazards by providing industrial hygiene information for hundreds of chemicals and classes.
