Message from the Chairs

The first workshop on Interactions of NVM/FLash with Operating systems and Workloads - INFLOW 2013 - was received extremely well by the community. It precisely served the motivation behind it, which was to bring together researchers and practitioners working in systems across the hardware/software stack and who are interested in the cross-cutting issues of NVM/Flash technologies, operating systems, and emerging workloads. Co-locating INFLOW with SOSP'13 was an additional 'bonus' as the topics were of great interest to the operating system community.
