Farewell to Operating System Review

As of the beginning of 2017, Tom Bressoud and I will be stepping down as editors of Operating System Review. I became editor of OSR in January 2006 and Tom Bressoud joined me first as assistant editor in 2007 and then as co-editor in 2011.
