Do any of these scenarios sound familiar? Most people in medium-to-large-institutions are familiar with the problems associated with information transfer, both in terms of technical and non-technical issues. Information transfer is tough, whether you're dealing with the technology of combining different file formats, making a collection of information available remotely, trying to increase awareness that information has already been collected and organized, or convince someone to update an important chart.
