The association of Independent Information Professionals (AIIP) made a pit stop in Pittsburgh for its 30th-anni-versary conference. (The city's airline code is PIT, although locals use Pgh as the abbreviation.) Once dominated by the steel industry, Pittsburgh has rejuvenated itself as a technology hub, its skyline dominated by modern buildings showing more glass than steel. The city provided an excellent venue for AIIP conference delegates to explore the theme of partnering for success.
