Projections for seaborne oil products trade are subject to significant uncertainty at present given recent oil market dynamics and significant disruptions from the Covid-19 pandemic. Expectations for products trade growth have been revised down since early 2020 (to expansion of 1.3%), but further significant downgrades are clearly possible.
