Irving expands again, buys distributor, eyes terminal

Irving Oil has signed a purchase agreement with long time New nd marketer Johnson & Dix, and will take possession of the company's heating oil business and retail stations early next year, OE confirms. The face down deal does not, however, include the contracts to furnish fuel for the 90 or so retail gasoline and diesel stations that Johnson & Dix currently supplies.
