摘要

Sunoco would consider a refinery purchase on the West Coast or the Gulf Coast, but chief executive officer Jack Drosdick told attendees at an energy conference last week that it's "all about price and right now it's a pretty pricey market." What he didn't say about Sun's refining assets was even more revealing, however. Drosdick said that Sun had approved eventual expenses of $400-million for upgrades at Sun's 90,000 b/d Tulsa refinery and mildly acknowledged that Sunoco has received inquiries about the plant.
