Buckeye Partners will buy the second-largest ethanol terminal in the U.S., a 1.8 million-barrel facility in Albany. N. Y., once owned by Cibro. Buckeye will pay $45 million for the asset under an agreement with Houston-based LogiBio. The agreement is set to close before month's end. Buckeye, based in Breinigsville, Pa., hopes to expand business at the facility but has announced no plans for infrastructure changes, said Stephen Milbourne, manager of investor relations at Buckeye.
