Petrobras returns to Caribbean market

Brazilian state-owned oil firm Petrobras will maintain a strong presence in the Caribbean even though its oil storage contract at the huge BORCO terminal in the Bahamas was terminated one year ago. Petrobras now has a contract to store fuel at the Statia terminal, a subsidiary of NuStar, as well as a deal with a crude terminal in St. Lucia that is owned by Hess.
