Clark preparing to switch card issuers

Franchisor Clark says it will stop promoting its co-branded MasterCard for a short time and will no longer accept applications for the card as part of a plan to switch to a new processor.rnClark says it is not renewing its contract with its current card issuer, Barclays Bank, when it expires on Oct. 31. It has signed a new processing agreement with First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO), which it says will enable it to continue offering "a competitive co-branded" MasterCard.rnThere will be no effect on Clark MasterCard customers during the transition period, or the rewards that cardholders earn.
