ConocoPhillips launches card offer, boasts of'mystery shop' image improvements

ConocoPhillips has unveiled a spring rebate promotion for its personal credit card. It's offering consumers a 5% rebate on purchases if they sign up for a Phillips 66, Conoco or 76-branded card. The rebate offer runs for 60 days and, according to ConocoPhillips, equates to a 13cts/gal discount if fuel costs $2.60/gal.
