Oil Express exclusively reported that the dealrnwas imminent over three weeks ago.rnFinancing for the deal was secured by PetroleumrnCapital and Real Estate LLC. The locations were part of Gulf’s “Assured Dealer” business and arernscattered from Pennsylvania to Maine. The highestrnconcentrations of the locations are situated in therngreater metropolitan areas of Boston and New YorkrnCity/Long Island.
