In the past, this assistance was available to any wholesalerwith a branded supply contract, jobbers say. However, in the last severalyears, some majors have imposed performance standards.In literature introducing the Marathon brand to the West Coast, MPC outlinedthe details of its co-op fund, or “Spirit Fund” for 2019. The company said thefund baseline is linked to estimated gasoline volume for the coming year.
