Cooperation brings training back to base

As a city, situated on the country's west coast, Fosnavag is probably unheard of outside of Norway and in the offshore industry. However, the city is an especially important one - in an area of the country with fewer than 9,000 inhabitants (and even fewer in the city itself), there are eight shipping companies controlling a combined fleet of 128 offshore, coastguard and live-fish carriers as well as 22 deepsea fishing vessels, together valued in excess of NKr40 billion (US$6.1 billion).
