On 24 February, Blue Queen, a PX121 design platform supply vessel (PSV) was delivered to Blue Ship Invest by Ulstein Verft. The vessel is the first of two for which Norway-based Golden Energy Offshore has been awarded a shipmanagement contract. In total, 30 vessels of this design have been contracted by different shipowners. Blue Queen is the ninth constructed at Ulstein Verft. The yard said excellent feedback had been received from the crews of vessels of this type that are already in operation, including praise for their comfort and accommodation standards and operability even in adverse weather conditions.
