ARGENTINA: Bolivia has voiced its intention to invest in an unspecified LNG project in Argentina. La Paz is examining the “possibility” of exporting LNG via Argentina, president Evo Morales said during a meeting with his Argentinian counterpart. Execution of such an arrangement would give landlocked Bolivia a route to new markets as Argentina and Brazil wind down their pipeline imports from the country. Argentina is commissioning its floating LNG barge, the Tango FLNG, and is drawing up future plans for larger onshore liquefaction facilities.
