Florida is a key market for Office Depot. Not only does it have a high concentration of stores in the state and a long history of doing business with Florida public agencies, it is also the Boca Raton-based company's home turf. So two recent decisions taken in the state will undoubtedly be doubly embarrassing for the office supplier on top of any potential harm to its business they may cause.
