摘要

Violence, bullying and harassment are becoming increasingly common features in many workplaces across Europe, according to a new report by the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA). The report, Workplace violence and harassment: a European picture, reveals that third party violence and harassment affect between 5 to 20% of European workers each year but says that in many countries the response to it from organisations and government is inadequate, with few specific initiatives dealing with the issue.
