The system has a data back up system (1.7) to restore the saved data when the original data is lost through technical or human failure, criminal actions or violence. A network interface transmits the saved data through an originator at the storage device. A legitimation is provided by a user before the data is displayed by the interface for reading. The back up system is secured by an organization structure (1.9).
