Healthy ageing is one of the top occupational safety and health research challenges for the next decade, according to a position paper on future OSH research priorities in Europe.rnDemographic changes will drive labour market developments in Europe and have a huge impact on occupational safety and health, says the Partnership for European Research in Occupational Safety and Health (PEROSH).rnResearch in this area should focus on areas such as lifelong learning, working conditions and motivation to prolong working life, it says.
