Education union, the Association of Teachers and Lecturers (ATL), has an area of its website devoted to workplace bullying. The pages contain advice on what constitutes bullying, alongside guidance on how to tackle the issue, with information on grievance procedures, informal action, racism, legal action and cyberbullying, plus a section on dismissal and bullying which includes advice on resigning and constructive dismissal.
