Has your group entered the SGUK Awards 2014?

The Alan Butler Awards have been designed to recognise the success of local safety groups that are affiliated to the SGUK network and also to provide positive examples for other groups to learn from. To enter the Alan Butler Awards scheme, sponsored by BT, groups are asked to answer five key performance questions, based around the following criteria: 1. Communication methods and type of information communicated by the group 2. The group's annual programme of seminars and events 3. Evidence of how the group works with the Health and Safety Executive and its partners to be part of the 'Be Part of the Solution' H&S strategy 4. Membership retention and recruitment, as well as member support and benefits 5. Details of the group achievement in the last year that the group is most proud of and why.
