摘要

Aceramics factory in North Wales has been prosecuted by HSE after nine workers were found to have illegally high levels of lead in their blood, a court has been told. The employees of Craig Bragdy Design Ltd were tested after a routine visit by HSE, which raised serious concerns about how the company was controlling lead during manufacturing. The tests found three female workers had blood levels at or above the suspension limit. At this point, the law requires workers to stop working with lead until levels in their blood reduce naturally.
