Workplace bullies

It is tempting to imagine that bullying is something we grow out of - an unpleasant rite of passage confined to the playground and childhood. Unfortunately, this is not the case and incidents of bullying in the workplace are commonplace. According to figures from the National Bullying Helpline,80 per cent of managers know that it occurs in their workplace. Despite this, 37 per cent say they have had no proper training in how to deal with it.
