The HSE launched a new website to complement its existing guidance on how to apply and use local exhaust ventilation (LEV) to remove airborne contaminants, such as dust and fumes, which can cause asthma and lung disease, from the workplace before people breathe them in.The site has links for designers, installers and examiners of LEV equipment to help them control exposure, as well as for employers and employees.
