Nhs plus divides The NHS occupational health project NHS Plus is to close on 31 March 2013, with its work taken forward by two bodies: the NHS Health and Work network~1, and the not-for-profit Health and Work Community Interest Company (CIC)~2. NHS Plus was set up and funded by the government to increase the quality and delivery of OH services, and to support the broader Health, Work and Wellbeing agenda. Its work included commissioning a range of clinical guidelines and audits, raising the quality and effectiveness of NHS in-house OH services, and promoting the provision of NHS OH services to small and medium-sized enterprises (SAAEs).
