AN 'impressive-sounding target for getting one million more disabled people into work is not worth the paper it is written on'.That's the response of the Parliamentary Public Accounts Committee to the National Audit Office's (NAO's) damning report on the government's efforts to help people with disabilities enter, return to and stay in employment2. But no amount of government action in isolation is going to reduce the disability employment gap.
