President Obama Signs Omnibus Spending Package Funding NNSA, DoD Nuclear Weapons Work

The bill also fully funds a $9.4 millionrnfeasibility study on the cruise missile warhead that the Senate Energy and Water Appropriations Subcommitteernzeroed out.
