DOE IG Investigation Incident at Oak Ridge, Tennessee Property

The U.S Department of Energy (DOE) Inspector General is investigating an incident in which three individuals allegedly" cut through fences and entered DOE property in Oak Ridge, Tenn., on July 28. The three were detained by authorities and face federal trespassing and vandalism charges. Michael Robin Walli, 63, of Washington, D.C.; Megan Gillespie Rice, 82, of Las Vegas, Nev.; and Gregory Invin Boertje-Obed, 57, of Duluth, Minn., were detained by security police officers early Saturday morning after they entered the Y-12 National Security Complex.
